Filodora sparkling Prosecco is the result of the strict selection and careful vinification of Glera grapes grown on the gentle hills of the Valdobbiadene area. Light straw yellow and bright. Elegant, white and lively foam, with very fine and thin perlage. Floral nose with hints of acacia, wisteria flowers and wisps of spice. On the palate it's crisp with a fine fruity finish.

The historical context of the dreamy Belle Époque gives an idea of the lighthearted and brief breeze that swept through Verona when Giacomo Battista Tommasi married Augusta in 1902 and went to live with her family. He continued to cultivate the family land in the hills of the Valpolicella.
