This document represents the Terms and Conditions of Use of the Veli.store website.

It is a mutually binding agreement signed between the customer and "Saturn" LLC, registered address Tbilisi, Saburtalo District, N43b, 4a Tsinisadze Street.

"Saturn" LLC will be referred as "Veli.store" in this Terms and Conditions Document, Privacy Policy and all other guidelines and instructions.

These Terms and Conditions of Use, any modifications made to it and other regulations of Veli.store, represent a single document and should be considered as a whole agreement signed between Veli.store and the user. By registering on the website, the user acknowledges to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Return and Exchange Policy.

If the user does not agree with the content of Veli.store's legal documents, he/she may not use the website, however, Veli.store kindly asks users to send comments by e-mail. In case of additional questions, complaints and requests, the user can contact Veli.store via e-mail. The Veli.store team is ready to provide customers with detailed information.

DEFINITION OF TERMS

The terms used in this document are defined as follow:

• • Veli.store (hereinafter "we", "our", "website") - "Saturn" LLC established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, identification code 405430494, registered address: Tbilisi, N43b, N4a Sulkhan Tsintsadze Street.
• • User - a legal entity or a natural person who has reached the age of 18 (capable) who wants to purchase products posted on Veli.store.
• • User consent - user’s expressed consent to read and understand this document and process his/her personal data.
• • Third party - any natural or legal person, public institution.
• • Direct marketing - offering goods and services through mail, phone calls, e-mail or any other means of telecommunication.
• • Registration - creating a personal account
• • Account - personal page registered by the user on Veli.store.
• • "Mercury Delivery" LLC - a courier company that delivers products purchased on Veli.store to customers.
• • Subcontractor company of "Mercury Delivery" LLC - a courier company that delivers products to the customer based on agreement signed with "Mercury Delivery" LLC.

By creating an account on the website, the user can purchase products posted on Veli.store.

Each order placed by the user represents a separate purchase agreement, the parties of which are the authorized user of the website and "Saturn" LLC. When placing an order, the subject of the purchase, its cost and address of delivery are generated.

REGISTRATION

To place an order and purchase products on Veli.store, user needs to register on the website. For registration it is necessary to fill out the form indicating the following data:

• • Login password

The user can register on the website either when purchasing product or before that.

Before purchasing an item, user needs to sign in to the system by selecting “log in” from the website main menu.

User can gain access to the system through:

• • Google
• • E-mail

The user acknowledges and warrants that:

• • Indicated information is complete and accurate;
• • He/she is an individual with legal capacity who has reached the age of 18;
• • He/she does not use another person's identifiable information for registration on the Veli.store website;
• • He/she does not create a username that may harass, abuse or harm another person;
• • He/she does not use the website to distribute false information;
• • He/she does not attempt to use the website to impersonate other person, company or representative of the company;
• • He/she does not violate the rights of another person by acting against the law;
• • He/she does not use any device or software to obtain data from the Veli.store website and/or hinder normal functioning of the site;
• • He/she protects copyright and related rights and without owner’s prior express written permission does not make use of Veli.store information such as logo, pictogram, picture, graphic, image, patent, trademark, design and other intellectual property;
• • He/she does not use another user's account;
• • He/she does not attempt to gain access to another person’s user credentials;
• • He/she does not take any action that can put at risk normal functioning and operation of the site;
• • He/she does not perform any action prohibited by applicable law, is against these Terms and Conditions and Veli.store's Privacy Policy.

ORDER PLACEMENT AND PRODUCT URCHASING

After selecting the desired product and adding it to online shopping cart, new users will be requested to fill out the following information: e-mail, name, mobile number and address where product should to be delivered.

The user will be redirected to the payment page. To ensure smooth delivery of the purchased product, the user has to verify the address and contact information indicated by him/her, before making the payment. In case of providing incorrect/incomplete address and/or contact information, the customer bears responsible for delayed delivery.

The user will be able to check information about the purchased product on his/her account.

Veli.store reserves the right to refuse to process order or cancel it in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal transaction.

After making a payment the right of product ownership is transferred to the customer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY OF PURCHASED PRODUCTS

he user declares consent "Mercury Delivery" LLC (identification code: 405430500, registered address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, N43b, 4a S. Tsintsadze Street) to transport the purchased product.

Parties of the delivery agreement are the customer and "Mercury Deliver" LLC.

In order to ensure a courier service, Veli.store transfers customer’s personal data to "Mercury Delivery" LLC. This data include customer’s name, last name, address and phone number.

Veli.store delivers the purchased product to the courier company "Mercury Delivery" LLC, which transports it to the address specified by the customer. Veli.store's responsibility and obligation is fulfilled when the products are handed over to the courier company. From that moment risk of product loss and damage is fully transferred to the courier service company.

SERVICE PROVIDED BY VELI.STORE

Customers can receive the purchased product both on working and non-working days. In Tbilisi products purchased before 09:30 PM will be delivered on the same day. As for the products purchased after 09:30 PM, delivery service will be provided the next day.

In big and small regions of the country, products purchased from the Veli.store website are delivered within 3 - 5 working days, as for mountainous regions delivery service takes from 7 to 10 days.

Delivery service is free throughout Georgia.

PAYMENT POLICY

Payment can only be made by cashless method.

When placing an order, the user is redirected to the payment page where he/she fills out data of the bank card. After submitting this information order to make payment is being processed and confirmed by the bank.

Veli.store does not have access neither to the payment page nor to the bank card data specified by the user. If the payment is successful, notification with relevant information will be displayed on the screen.

After completing the payment procedure, the user receives an e-mail with confirmation that the order was placed successfully.

RESTRICTION TO USE ACCOUNT AND DEACTIVATION

If the terms stipulated by this document were violated by the user or registration was made using the false information, Veli.store reserves the right to restrict the user from accessing and using his/her account bases on the unilateral notification sent to the customer’s e-mail address. In case of receiving such notification, the user should contact the Veli.store team.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Veli, store, to the best of its ability, ensures development of mechanisms for protecting website system, however, it is not responsible for any unauthorized access to data protected on the platform, damage caused by third parties and services offered by them.

By registering on the website, the user confirms that he/she is an individual with legal capacity who has reached the age of 18 and uses the website at his/her own free will and risk.

Veli.store is not responsible for the website or its services to be permanently available for users and does not guarantee the website to be free of software bugs, viruses and/or any other flaws.

Veli.store disclaims full responsibility for damage caused by negligence, as well as for cases when user credential becomes known to a third party.

Veli.store excludes both its and all its employees liability in case of culpable violation theses Terms and Conditions as well as applicable law by the user.

Veli.store is limited to the value of the disputed product in case court finds its liability.

The company disclaims full responsibility for any kind of damage and/or interruption in service that may be caused by the participation of third parties such as failure of internet providers, mobile telecommunication companies, etc.

RESTRECTIONS TO WEBSITE USE

Information on the website may be modified or removed without prior notice. Veli.store will not provide the user with the service that it is against the applicable law.

The user is prohibited from using the website for illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to Veli.store's systems, inappropriate use of information available on the website or any other action that may directly or indirectly harm Veli.store's interests protected by law.

MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION

By registering on the website the user agrees to subscribe to product and service updates, advertising and promotional materials. In case of consent, the user will receive newsletters, various offers and information via e-mail.

The customer can request to stop receiving any kind of marketing communication by sending an email to Veli.store at any time.

COPYRIGHT

Any text, graphics or photo animations posted on the website exclusively belong to Veli.store.

Veli.store trademark is registered in Sakpatent - National Intelectual Center of Georgia and is the property of "Saturn" LLC.

Any use of this trademark without Veli.store's prior express written permission is strictly prohibited. The user is not allowed to use Veli.store's trademark, graphics and photographs in connection with any product or service that may cause confusion. The user has no right to use above mentioned in such a way that may insult Veli.store or harm its reputation. In case of such violation, Veli.store reserves the right to take legal actions. The customer will be responsible to compensate material and non-material damage caused to Veli.store. Compensation costs may include legal fees and court costs.

By purchasing products on the website, no copyright is transferred to the user.

Veli.store respects copyrights of others and encourages the users to protect Veli.store's copyrights.

If the user is a copyright owner and believes that the object of his copyright was posted on the Veli.store website by violating the law, the user should contact Veli.store by e-mail and indicate “Copyright Infringement” in the subject line.

TERM AND TERMINATION

These Terms and Conditions of Use come into force upon acceptance by the user and remain in full force until the user's account is deleted.

Validity of this document can be terminated in the cases stipulated by the legislation of Georgia and/or these Terms and Conditions, as well as at the discretion of the user at any time, after the full payment of any type of debt (if any) to Veli.store.

THIRD PARTIES

Veli.store disclaims all responsibility regarding other websites that may be displayed as an external link on the Veli.store website. The Terms and Conditions as well as Privacy Policy of other websites may differ from ours. Veli.store asks its users to read the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy of the website displayed as an external link.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and defined following the applicable laws of Georgia.

The parties agree that in case of any dispute, they will try to resolve the disagreement through negotiation. If it is not possible to settle the dispute by the mean of negotiation, the parties have the right to go to Tbilisi City Court.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is annulled, it does not affect the other part of the document.

CHANGES AND ADDITIONS

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to make changes and/or additions to this Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason by posting them on our website and without prior consent of the users. Users will be notified about amendments by email or they will be published on our website. After the changes and additions, use of the website will be considered as consent to the changed terms.

PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM THE "SOPLIDAN" CATEGORY ARE AN EXCEPTION.

Customers must inspect the quantity and quality of the product on the day they receive their order.

If the quantity of the product received does not match the order placed, or if there are quality issues that reasonably raise suspicion, the customer must contact Veli.store by the end of the next calendar day following the receipt of the order. Customers should also provide photographic evidence of the defect, if possible, to facilitate reimbursement.

Veli.store is not liable for any claims made by the customer after the specified period has elapsed.

If a customer changes their mind, they have the option to cancel their order up to one hour before their selected delivery time starts.

In cases where an order, including items from the category “Soplidan”, cannot be delivered due to an issue on the user's end and is returned, Veli.store is not obligated to refund the cost of the ordered product.

Note: If a customer wishes to receive a returned order at a later date, products that do not meet the required quality standards, considering their nature, are not eligible for redelivery. This excludes instances where the customer makes a repeat purchase of the same product.
