RETURN POLICY

Satisfaction of each and every customer of Veli.store is of paramount importance for the company. Thus we do our best to offer high quality products that meet expectations of every consumer. If the supplied product is damaged or does not correspond to the product characteristics posted on the website, we offer you to replace it or refund taking into consideration the Terms and Conditions given below.

Return Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions of using website, thus by agreeing to the Terms and Conditions of using the website, you also agree to the Return Policy given here.

WHEN CAN I RETURN PRODUCT?

Taking into consideration Veli.store Return Policy, we give you possibility to return a purchased product, if:

  • A. You simply changed your mind to buy the product. This does not apply for the following cases:
    • • If the purchased product is perishable or it has a short shelf life;
    • • If the product is hermetically sealed, its hermetic seal was damaged after delivery, therefore it is not possible to return it due to health protection or hygiene reasons;
    • • If supplied product, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items;
    • • If the product is a sealed audio-video recording or software and its seal has been damaged after delivery;
    • • The cost of the product is less than 30 GEL;
    • • If the user opened the product or causing damage to the box, bag, or seal;
    • • The product has traces of use;
    • • The product is a hygienic item;
    • • The product does not come with all accompanying parts and documents given at the time of purchase;
  • B. Veli.store failed to deliver service according to the agreement:
    • • ○ The product does not correspond to the order or it is different from the technical characteristics posted on the website;
    • • The product is damaged;
    • • Veli.store has not delivered purchased product per agreed time;
  • C. The product has a manufacturing defect

The customer can reject the contract without specifying the reason, except for the cases stipulated by the law.

WITHIN HOM MANY DAYS CAN I RETURN A PURCHASED PRODUCT?

  • • If you would like to return the product, it is necessary to submit a request within 14 days on delivery.

HOW CAN I SUBMIT REQUEST TO RETURN/REPLACE PRODUCT?

  • • You can submit your request to return/replace the product in written form. For more information please contact us via online Chat or/and call our Call Center 0322 560505.

WHAT PROCEDURE SHOULD I FOLLOW TO GET MY REFUND?

  • • If you would like to return the product, it should have all accompanied parts delivered on purchase and also the document if any was provided. The returned product should come with the warranty card, technical manual, other documents issued, intact packing, accessories, etc. Return cost will be covered by Veli.store.

In case of discovering a manufacturing defect after 14 days on delivery, you should directly contact the appropriate service center specified in the warranty document.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RETURN PRODUCT?

  • • In Tbilisi the product will be returned within maximum 24 hours after submitting the request.
  • • In big and small regions the product will be returned within 5 working days after submitting the request, while it will take from 7 to 10 days for the product to be returned in mountains regions.
  • • Veli.store representatives will contact you within maximum 24 hours after receiving the request to inform you about the return procedure.

HOW THE PRODUCT WILL BE REIMBURSED?

Veli.store will inform you about the decision within 24 hours after returning the product. You will be notified whether you get refund or receive the product back.

In case of a manufacturing defect you will be informed about decision of refund or replacement of the product within 5 working days.

If it is decided to refund the product you will get your money back within maximum 5 working days

If it is decided not to refund the product, you will get your item back.

WHAT IS THE REIMBURSEMENT METHOD?

  • • Money can be refunded only by non-cash payment, by crediting the customer to the card account with which the item was purchased.

REIMBURSEMENT OF TRANSPORTATION COST:

  • • Veli.store will reimburse the cost of the transportation when the customer decides to return the product.
