Blending sweet agave, gunpowder, and mesca, mezcal artisans Rodolfo and Mary Lopez handcraft this mezcal to embody the rebellious spirit of the women of the Mexican Revolution, called "Se Busca."

Se Busca, which means wanted in Spanish, is a tribute to the brave women of the Mexican Revolution who stood strong alongside men in the fight for a new constitution. As relentless as mezcal, these women were outlaws in their day, earning the titles Adelita and Soldaderas. Se Busca serves as a tribute to their battle cry, which proved that there is a place for love in every revolution. Mezcal comes from the Aztec word Mexcalli, which means agave cooked in an oven, and this drink represents the history, culture and diversity of Mexico.
