Pedrini was founded in Carrara, Tuscany in 1940. Its foundation dates back to the 1940's, in an “old and classic” sculpture workshop. It began, at home, with the Italian market but continues to grow, with orders from England, France and the United States. Pedrini is the first household brand to take environmental sustainability into account. The tools of the Eco line are, in fact, totally biodegradable and are made with a special composition of totally biodegradable polymers at the time of disposal.
