Description

Georgians have been making chacha - a unique alcoholic drink - for many centuries. We have returned to the ancient traditional method of distilling chacha - we used Tsalmi charcoal to process the vines and liquid. We enriched it with our latest technological findings and named the resulting product Orano - Heaven as a symbol of perfection. Chacha "Orano" is produced in limited quantities by our community of chacha masters.

The company was founded in 2015 and their goal is to create unique wines. Pavilion Wines Wine cellar is located in the historical village of Vadznadzeani in the Kakheti region. The enterprise, equipped with modern technologies, allows the use of both traditional and classical methods. Each year their wine cellar brings together a limited collection of wines created from the best harvests of endemic grape varieties. According to the developed methodologies and quality standard of the pavilion, a micro-zone of winemaking is chosen, where a particular variety exhibits the best taste qualities. Each wine produced by the brand is special and unique.
