Made in the traditional Georgian style in kvevri, the amber natural unfiltered wine is made from Kisi grapes. The harvest is harvested in our vineyard in the village of Ozhio, Kakheti. Grape harvest: end of September. Fermentation: The kisi is fermented in a pitcher for 3 to 4 weeks and then it remains on the chacha (skin) for six months. Stir 4-6 times a day for the first 4 weeks.
