DEFINITION OF TERMS

The terms used in this document have the following meanings:

Veli.store (hereinafter "we", "our", "website") - Saturn LLC, established following the laws of Georgia, iden. code: 405430494, registered at: Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Sulkhan Tsintsadze Str. №43, apt. №4a;
User - A legal entity or an individual who has reached the age of 18 (with legal capacity) who wants to purchase products posted on Veli.store;
User’s consent - Expressed consent to read this document by the User and process his/her personal data;
Third party - Any natural or legal person, public institution;
Direct marketing - The direct and immediate delivery of information to the data subject by phone, mail, e-mail, or other electronic means for the formation and maintenance of interest in a natural person and (or) legal entity, goods, idea, service, work, and (or) initiative, as well as image and social issues, for sales and (or) support purposes;
Registration - Creating a personal account
Account - Personal page registered by the User on Veli.store;
Mercury Deliver LLC - A courier company that delivers products purchased on Veli.store to Users;
A subcontractor company of Mercury Deliver LLC - A courier company that will deliver products to the User based on the contract signed with Mercury Deliver LLC.

By opening an account on the Website, the User can purchase products posted on Veli.store.

Each order made by the User constitutes a separate purchase agreement, the Parties of which are the authorized User of the Website and Saturn LLC. When placing an order, the subject of purchase, its cost, and place of delivery are generated.

REGISTRATION

To purchase products on Veli.store, you need to register on the Website, for which it is necessary to fill out the registration form with the following data::

Name;
Address;
E-mail;
Login password.

The User can register on the Website during the purchase of the product and also before the purchase.

Before purchase, registration/authorization takes place after the User selects "login" from the Website's main menu.

With a social network;
With Google;
By e-mail.

The User confirms and warrants that:

The information indicated by him is complete and correct;
He is a person of legal capacity who has reached the age of 18;
Will not use another person's personal identification information to register on the Veli.store Website;
Will not use a name that may be humiliating and offensive to any other person;
Will not use the Website to spread false information;
Will not use the Website to impersonate another company, company employee, or any other person;
Will not violate the rights of another person by illegal and harmful actions;
Will not use a device, a program, the purpose of which is to obtain information from the Website and (or) interfere with normal functioning;
Will protect copyright and related rights, will not carry out unauthorized use, processing, and publication of information on Veli.store: logo, icon, image, graphic, patent, trademark, design, and any other kind of intellectual property, Veli.store without prior written consent;
Will not use another User’s account;
Will not attempt to gain access to another User’s authentication information;
Will not take any action that would endanger the proper functioning of Veli.store;
Will not perform any action prohibited by applicable law, this Terms and Conditions, and Veli.store’s Privacy Policy.

Placement of Order and Purchase of Products by the User

After the User has selected the product and placed it in the virtual cart, in the case of a new User, it will be necessary to indicate the following information: e-mail, name, mobile number, and address where he wants to receive the purchase.

To pay for Veli.store products, you will be redirected to the payment page. Before making the payment, the User must verify the address and contact information he specified to ensure smooth delivery of the purchased products. In case of incorrect/incomplete address and (or) contact information, the User is responsible for delay in product delivery.

The User will be able to check the information about the purchased product on his personal page.

Veli.store reserves the right to refuse or cancel a User's order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized, or illegal transaction.

Veli.store reserves the right to unilaterally set or modify the minimum and/or maximum order value at its discretion without prior notice, customer consent, or the need for additional documentation.

After the payment of the product fee by the User, the right of ownership of the purchased item is fully transferred to the User.

The User can see the rules for the exchange and return of the purchased products on the return conditions page.

Terms and Conditions of Delivery of Purchased Products

The User declares his consent that the delivery of the products purchased by him will be carried out by Mercury Deliver LLC (identification code: 405430500, registered: Georgia, Tbilisi, Saburtalo district, Sulkhan Tsintsadze Str. №43, apt. №4a).

The Parties to the supply contract are the User and Mercury Deliver LLC.

In order to provide the courier service, Veli.store will provide Mercury Deliver LLC with the known, personal, confidential information about the User, in particular, the User’s first name, last name, address, and phone number.

Veli.store delivers the products purchased by the User to the courier company Mercury Deliver LLC, which transports the products to the specified address. Veli.store’s responsibility is fulfilled when the products are handed over to the courier company. Product loss and damage risk is fully transferred to the courier service company.

The User can view the policy on processing and storing confidential information on the Privacy Policy page

Receiving Service

The User can receive the purchased products both on working and non- working days.

Delivery of products purchased by the User from the Veli.store Website before 21:30 in the evening in Tbilisi will be carried out on the same day, and products purchased after 21:30 will be delivered on the next day.

In large and small regions, products purchased from the Veli.store Website are delivered in 3 - 5 working days, and in the case of mountainous regions, in 7 - 10 working days.

Courier service is free throughout Georgia.

Payment

Payment is made only through cashless payment.

When placing an order, the User is redirected from the Website to the payment page, where he indicates his card data. The settlement request is processed and confirmed by the bank.

Veli.store does not have access to the payment page and the bank card data specified by the User.

If the settlement is successfully completed, a message containing relevant information appears on the screen.

After completing the payment, the User will receive a confirmation of the successful completion of the order in the e-mail he indicated.

Closing a Personal Account and Restricting Use

If Veli.store considers that the User has violated these terms and conditions or the User has registered with false information, it is entitled to close access and limit the use of the personal account unilaterally based on a message sent to e-mail. The User should contact the Veli.store team in case of receiving a message of this type.

In order to cancel/close his account on the Veli.store Website, the User must press "delete account" after entering the settings field in his account, after which his account is automatically closed.

Limitation of Liability

Veli.store ensures the development of appropriate defense mechanisms to the best of its ability, however, it is not responsible for unauthorized access to data protected on the platform, damage caused by Third Parties, or services offered by them to Users.

By registering on the Website, the User confirms that he/she is a capable person who has reached the age of 18 and uses the Website at his own free will and risk.

Veli.store is not responsible for the Website or services that will be permanently available to the User and does not guarantee that the Website will be free of software bugs, viruses, and (or) any other errors.

Veli.store takes full responsibility for the damage caused by negligence and those cases when the information necessary for User authorization became known to a Third Party.

Veli.store excludes itself and all its employees from any liability in case of culpable violation by the User of this document and applicable laws.

Veli.store is limited to the value of the disputed product in the event that the court determines its liability.

The company disclaims full responsibility for any damage and (or) interruption that may be caused by the participation of Third Party - internet providers, mobile companies, and other interrupted work.

Restrictions on the Use of the Website

Information on the Website may be changed or removed without prior notice. Veli.store will not provide the User with the kind of service that it believes is against the applicable legislation.

The User is prohibited from using the Website for illegal purposes, including unauthorized access to Veli.store’s systems, improper use of information on the Website, or any other action that may directly or indirectly harm Veli.store’s legally protected interests.

Marketing

Based on the User’s interests, through direct marketing, Veli.store can use the User’s personal information to provide advertising materials and services that are interesting to the User and to improve the quality of products and services. In particular, in case of the User’s consent, name postal address/phone number, and E-mail.

Veli.store is entitled to share personal information with any Third Party in the cases provided for by the current legislation of Georgia.

For direct marketing purposes, the User gives consent by active action.

The User has the opportunity to withdraw from Veli.store his consent to direct marketing at any time. In turn, Veli.store will stop direct marketing to the User within a reasonable period after receiving the call-off request, but by 7 (seven) business days.

The User’s consent to direct marketing is revoked in the personal account on the Veli.store Website in the following way:

In the User’s personal account, there is a «switch on/off» button, through which the User will be able to give consent/refusal to the processing of information for the purposes of direct marketing, receiving SMS and E-mail messages about news and offers.
Veli.store is obliged to record and store the time and fact of giving consent and withdrawal of consent by the User for the duration of direct marketing and for 1 (one) year after the termination of direct marketing.
A User’s request to stop direct marketing does not obligate Veli.store to stop providing information about updates and changes.

Copyright

Any text, graphics, and animated images posted on the Website belong exclusively to Veli.store.

Veli.store trademark is registered in Sakpatent and is the property of Saturn LLC.

Any use of the Veli.store trademark without Veli.store’s prior written consent is strictly prohibited. The User is not allowed to use Veli.store’s trademark graphic images on the Website in connection with any product or service that may cause confusion. The User has no right to use them in such a way as to humiliate or insult the reputation of Veli.store. In case of such a violation, Veli.store reserves the right to seek legal remedies. The User will be responsible for the material and non-material damage caused to Veli.store. The damage may include the costs incurred by Veli.store to eliminate this damage, including legal fees and court costs.

By purchasing products on the Website, no copyright is transferred to the User.

Veli.store respects the copyrights of others and encourages Users to protect Veli.store’s copyrights.

If the User is a copyright owner and believes that the object of his copyright protection has been placed on Veli.store in violation of the law in any way the User should contact Veli.store by e-mail and indicate the copyright violation at the destination.

Term and Termination

These Terms and Conditions shall be effective upon acceptance by the User and shall remain in effect until the User’s account is cancelled.

The validity of this document can be terminated in the cases provided for by the legislation of Georgia and (or) this rule, as well as at the initiative of the User at any time, after the full payment of any debt (if any) to Veli.store at the time of termination.

Third Party

Veli.store disclaims all responsibility regarding other Websites that may be placed as an external link on the Veli.store Website. The other Website’s content, terms and conditions, and privacy policies may differ from this Policy. Accordingly, Veli.store invites you to familiarize yourself with the terms of use and Privacy Policy of the Website indicated as an external link.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution Procedure

These terms and conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of Georgia.

The Parties agree that in the event of a dispute, they will try to resolve the disagreement through negotiation. In case of the impossibility of successful completion of the negotiations, the Parties have the right to apply to the Tbilisi City Court.

The invalidity of any part of these Terms and Conditions shall not affect the invalidity of any other part.

Changes and Additions

Veli.store reserves the right to make changes and (or) additions to this document at any time, unilaterally, by publishing it on the same Website without further additional consent of the User. After making the changes/additions, Veli.store considers the User’s continued use of the Website as the User’s consent.
