- If the product purchased on the Veli.store platform turns out to be defective, the User has the right to request Veli.store to eliminate the defect (repair or replace the product free of charge or reduce the price) or to refuse the contract;

- Repair or replacement of the product free of charge implies that Veli.store will bear all costs necessary to ensure compliance of the product with the terms of the contract;
- The User has the right to request a reduction in the price of the product or to refuse the contract if one of the following conditions exists:
- The product cannot be repaired or replaced;
- Veli.store did not repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, and the User lost interest in the performance of the contract;
- Repair or replacement of the product by Veli.store will cause significant disruption to the User.
- In the case of withdrawing from the contract, the User has the right to demand compensation for damages caused by non-fulfillment of the contract by the procedure established by the legislation of Georgia;
- The User does not have the right to refuse the contract if the defect of the product is minor;
- The User has the right to use the above-mentioned rights if the defect of the goods was found within 2 years after the goods were handed over to him;
- If the User discovers a defect in the product within 6 months of taking possession of it, until the contrary is proven, it is assumed that the defect existed when the product was delivered, if it is possible due to the nature of the product or the nature of the defect. In this case, the burden of proof rests with Veli.store. If the User discovers a defect in the product 6 months after receiving it, the burden of proving that the defect existed when the product was delivered rests with the User;
- The statutory warranty does not apply to the purchase of a second-hand product. Veli.store's responsibility in the purchase of such a product is subject to individual agreement between the parties.
- The warranty period of the product has expired;
- The User cannot present the warranty document, and the product cannot be identified in any other way;
- The information in the warranty document has been deleted or altered, and it is otherwise impossible to identify the product;
- The data on the sold product has been deleted, changed, rearranged, the serial number on the product is not readable/removed, and it is otherwise impossible to identify the product;
- The removal of the seal causes the damage;
- Damage caused by physical impact and improper operation;
- Damage is caused by thunder and lightning, foreign bodies, and liquids penetration, violation of the conditions of operation and storage rules;
- Damage caused by fluctuating, high, or low power supply;
- The damage is caused by a malfunction of the power supply or by the fault of the User by damaging the mechanism;
- Installation or repair work carried out by other unauthorized persons, which caused damage to the product;
- The purchased equipment was used for commercial and entrepreneurial purposes.
Warranty service is not provided if the number of dead pixels on a mobile phone, tablet, camera, projector, monitor, or TV is less than that specified by the manufacturer. When changing the product, the User did not hand over the product to the representative of the authorized service center with a complete set, only the part of the product that was handed over would be changed.
