Description

Dry red wine - made from 100% Saperavi grapes, smoked in the strictly controlled microzone of Napareuli. For wine, a special vineyard area named "Salome" has been selected, which is cultivated using the biodynamic method. To improve the quality, the vineyard has a selective and green harvest. The wine undergoes fermentation and aging for 11 months in French oak cod, 4 months of bottonage and continues to age for at least 7 months after bottling. It is dark garnet in color, characterized by a complex and complex bouquet, strongly expressed with spicy aromas of ripe cherries, violets, sweet spices, tobacco and pepper. The taste is velvety, soft, with an intense retronasal sensation and a long aftertaste. Wine is produced in limited quantities.
