Method of use

Self-Tanning - Apply the product evenly to the skin around the elbows and knees using less lotion. Wash hands after use. Avoid contact with clothing until the lotion is completely absorbed. The tan appears after 3-4 hours. Use daily until you achieve your desired tan.

Shower gel - apply to wet skin, lather lightly and then rinse with water.
