Usage
• Improves condition of valves, injectors and exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) valves.
• Compatibility: for all types of gasoline and gasoline-hybrid, diesel and diesel-hybrid engines.
• Do not use in vehicles with an intercooler integrated with the intake manifold.
• If backfire or excessive knocking sound occurs during the cleaning process, stop spraying, idle the engine for 3-4 minutes and then continue the process. If detonation persists after cleaning, this indicates heavy contamination and requires manual cleaning.
✓Check Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) pressure before use. If it's over 50% - clean with Wynn's DPF & GPF ON-CAR CLEANER, W29079.
✓If the intake manifold is heavily contaminated, it must be cleaned manually before starting the procedure.
✓ Make sure the engine is running.
Procedure sequence for diesel engines:
1. Run the engine at 1500-1800 rpm.
2. Spray the aerosol directly into the intake manifold.
3. Spray the aerosol at 1-2 second intervals to allow the engine to stabilize.
4. After 10 sprays, run the engine in idle mode. for 3-4 minutes.
5. Repeat steps N3 and N4 until the cylinder is empty.
6. Use Wynn's Oil System Cleaner (W47244), then change the engine oil and filter.
7. Drive the vehicle at no more than 2500 rpm for the first 10 minutes.
Procedure sequence for gasoline engines:
1. Run the engine at 2500-3000 rpm.
2. Spray the aerosol directly into the intake manifold.
3. Spray the aerosol at 4-5 second intervals to allow the engine to stabilize.
4. After 10 sprays, run the engine in idle mode. for 3-4 minutes.
5. Repeat steps N3 and N4 until the cylinder is empty.
6. Use Wynn's Oil System Cleaner (W47244), change engine oil and filter.
• Drive the vehicle at no more than 2500 rpm for the first 10 minutes
• Cleaning the vehicle's fuel system is recommended for best results!
