Composition:
Polyporus umbellatus – a mushroom with antifibrotic properties in the renal cortex and medulla, helping to inhibit fibrosis processes in the kidneys.
Hibiscus sabdariffa (hibiscus, karkade) – contains anthocyanidins that help reduce blood pressure in cats and dogs by inhibiting the ACE (angiotensin-converting enzyme), thereby slowing the progression of chronic kidney failure.
Cyclodextrins – form complexes with uremic toxins and limit their absorption in the animal’s body.
Ganoderma lucidum (Reishi, Lingzhi) – a mushroom with nephroprotective properties. Its polysaccharides may help reduce albumin levels in the urine and lower creatinine and nitrogen compound levels in the body of cats and dogs.
