Valmont Bi-Falls Eye Makeup Remover

The two-phase cleanser gently removes even waterproof eye makeup. The pre- and probiotics in the formula restore the skin's flora and protect the skin. The cleanser can also be used on sensitive skin.

Method of use

For sensitive skin, moisten a cotton pad with warm water. Shake well before use, then apply to a cotton pad and gently wipe away. No need to rinse after use.
