Description

Amber dry wine "Toji" is made from the Rkatsiteli grape variety grown in Kakheti. Fermentation and aging of the wine took place in an Italian amphora, on full pulp with 6 months of aging. The wine has a pronounced amber color and is characterized by aromas of yellow fruits and dried fruits. Toji has velvety tannins and a balanced tatse.

Brand History

Eclipse Winery is a young Georgian winery, with 35 hectares of vineyards located in Kakheti, Kvareli Municipality. Our vineyards grow classic Georgian grape varieties, such as Saperavi, Rkatsiteli, Kisi, Khikhvi, Mtsvane Kakhuri, and Kakhuri Mtsvivani, as well as well-known international varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese, Cabernet Franc and Chardonnay. Our winery uses modern equipment: Bucher Vaslin (France), Della Toffola Group (Italy), and GAI (Italy). And for the wine-aging French oak barrels from Seguin Moreau, Italian amphoras fromArtenova Terrecotte, and Georgian Qvevris. Our wines have already participated in international competitions and celebrated their first success, which results from hard work and high standards for every detail during the wine production process.
