Triple distillate is used to make honey and pepper polugar. It is distilled a third time in a copper still with the addition of hot pepper, and then mellowed with an infusion of honey. This polugar has a mild flavor with fine peppercorns and sweet, light notes of honey. It has a pleasant and mild aroma.

Brand History

Polugar is an old Russian drink, although current Russian legislation still prohibits the country's traditional style of grain distillation. Only ultrapure 96% ethyl alcohol for vodka can be made from grain. That's why the production of polugar was started in Poland by The Rodionov & Sons. The private distillery of Rodionov and Sons is located in the forest next to the old palace, far from other production sites, roads and big cities. The company uses only carefully selected grain and natural water in the production of the drink, and the production process follows traditional methods.
