Method of use
You will need about 30 cm of dental floss.
Hold the floss taut with your index finger and thumb.
Place between 2 teeth. Gently slide the floss up and down the tooth, first on the border of one tooth, and then pull it slightly and turn it to the side of the other tooth.
Once the floss is in the gum it is necessary to bend it at the base of the tooth to create a "C" shape.
Repeat these steps as you move from tooth to tooth. Use a new, clean section of floss with each tooth.
