Sileni Pinot Noir red dry wine has concentrated black cherry and dark berry aromas leading up to the palate with soft tannins. It is a mature, dark, food wine that goes particularly well with pasta, duck and lamb. It is made as follows - after the Pinot Noir grapes enter the Sileni Estates wine cellar, the berries are fermented in closed stainless steel tanks. Maceration is done by compaction and pumping. This red wine also undergoes malolactic fermentation. Only a small portion is sweetened in oak barrels.

In ancient Greece, the Silenes were the companions of Dionysus - the god of wine, vineyards and theater. Whenever there was a holiday, the Silenes were always ready to entertain Nadim with wine.
