Brand History

Sekhnishvili's winemaking business began in 1995, when Yuri Sekhnishvili decided to return to his ancestral land in Kakheti, in the Sagarejo region, in the village of Badiauri, and pursue the business that was his childhood dream, making good Georgian wine using the traditional, paternal method. Iuri Sekhnishvili has been refining and improving the tradition of Georgian wine making for his customers for several decades. At the beginning of 2022, the Sekhniashvili family decided to supply the wine produced by Yuri to a wider society and to attract more people and give them pleasure. Accordingly, at the beginning of the same year, under the leadership of Irakli Sekhniashvili, it was decided to bottle four types of wine and to supply them to prominent Horeka facilities for sale. Currently, Sekhlniashvili winery produces four types of unique wines; Rkatsiteli, green, Budeshuri color and Tavkveri.
