The wine is made from the highest variety of Saperavi grapes grown in the Nafareuli microzone. Produced using modern classic technology, the wine is fermented and stored in stainless steel temperature-controlled cisterns. The result is a full-bodied wine with warm tannins and balanced acidity. It is characterized by aromas of blackberry, cherry, ripe gooseberry and other red berries. Perfectly suited to grilled meat and, in general, a variety of meat dishes.
