Description

Dry red wine is produced from Saperavi grapes grown in the strictly regulated Napareuli microzone in Telavi municipality, Kakheti region. For the production of this wine, a green harvest is carried out in a specially allocated plot, i.e. the grapes are harvested from the vines in order to reduce the yield of the vineyard and increase the quality as much as possible. Specially selected grapes of exceptional quality are harvested by hand and processed. At the end of fermentation, the wine is aged in French oak barrels for 6 months, after which additional aging takes place in bottles for at least 6 months. This dark red wine is distinguished by its varietal aroma, a sharply expressed bouquet with fruit tones, full, extracted, velvety on the palate.
