Plymouth gin is a type of gin produced by only one distillery. The drink is made from 7 different botanical products, namely: juniper berries, coriander, orange and lemon peel, angelica root, green cardamom, orris root. The drink has a pleasant aroma of juniper, coriander and cardamom. Its taste is rich, delicate and refreshing, decorated with sweet elements. Goes well with citrus juices, as well as fruit lemonades and tonics.

Brand History

In the early nineteenth century, Plymouth, London, and Bristol were major gin centers, each producing their own unique gin. London Dry and Plymouth Gin gradually came to dominate. Plymouth gin has not betrayed the recipe and tradition that has remained unchanged for more than 150 years. Their distillery, Black Friars, dates back to at least 1793 and it is believed that they were already distilling gin before the building existed.
