Hard wheat semolina (49.8%), soft wheat flour (49.7%), calcium carbonate, ferrous fumarate, niacin, riboflavin, vitamin B6, thiamine. May contain: traces of lupine, milk, eggs .

Method of preparation: pour 500 ml of boiling water on 2-3 tablespoons of Penet Plasmon for 5 minutes and drain well. Add a spoonful of oil. 1 tablespoon corresponds to about 12 g. The amounts are indicative and may vary at the pediatrician's discretion, depending on the child's age and appetite.
