Red, naturally dry wine is made from Budeshuri grapes of the 2021 harvest, grown in Racha, St. Khvanchkara zone. Fermentation in a pitcher gives the wine a dark pomegranate color. The taste of the beer is natural, harmonious and calm, pleasantly accompanied by fruity tones. Saffer is best served with meat or cheese dishes. This dry wine nicely balances sweet dishes and desserts.
