Ostrovit Vitamin B Complex
It is a set of B vitamins enriched with vitamin C and E. Vitamins of group B belong to water-soluble vitamins and contribute to the proper functioning of the whole body.
Thiamine - ( vitamin B1) - ensures energy metabolism, proper functioning of the nervous system and heart. as well as psychological functions.
Riboflavin (vitamin B2) - ensures energy metabolism and proper functioning of the nervous system. It also creates a normal state of the mucous membrane and red blood cells. Additionally, it provides healthy skin and reduces fatigue.
