The first bottle of Old Smuggler was bottled in 1835. The drink is a Scotch blended whiskey obtained by diluting unique whiskeys. Whiskey was aged in an oak barrel for 3 years. It has a floral aroma with strong elements of charcoal, tofu and caramel. The taste is gentle, smooth and balanced, you will feel the notes of malt and pepper. The history of the Old Smuggler begins in 1835, when it was poured into a pot. In 1840, the Glen Grant distillery was founded in Rothes, Scotland. The Glen Grant plant was acquired in 2005 by the Italian company Campari Group, which is the world's leading beverage producer, the first in Europe and America, and is represented in more than 190 countries.
