Description

Nodus organic red dry wine is made from Merlot grapes, which are carefully picked from selected vineyards. The wine goes through the process of maceration at a low temperature, after which it ages in an oak barrel, where it acquires a refined taste and aroma. The drink has a dark red color and an intense, sweet aroma with elements of fruit, caramel and jam. When you taste it, you will feel strong taste, refined tannin and restrained acidity. It goes very well with meat, fish, pasta and rice dishes. The ideal temperature for tasting wine is 15-18 degrees. It is possible to make natural precipitation.

Brand History

In 1985, Adolfo de las Heras Marin created an environmentally friendly winery. Initially, vines and forests were cultivated on 540 hectares of land, of which 80% were 40 years old and produced the native and quite important grape variety Bobal. Adolfo de las Heras Marin was one of the first to introduce Merlot and Cabernet. Adolfo produced and poured only quality wine, in the early years he began marketing his wine, discovering new blends and winemaking technologies. After Marina, in the late 90's the winery was taken over by his son, Adolfo de las Heras Polo, who revolutionized the quality of wine production and introduced new varieties such as Syrah, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc and others. Nodus produces many types of wine today, but the most important ones are Nodus Tinto de Autor and Nodus Chardonnay. Making their wine is a long, laborious and complex process, the drink is aged in an oak barrel. Today, Nodus offers one of the most diverse ranges on the market. The company already has a place on the best wine lists and has won a number of important awards.
