Usage:

To fit the Me Luna Menstrual Cup, it must first be properly folded in one of the ways shown in the picture to give it the desired/optimal shape. It will be placed in a way that is convenient for the user. Changing/emptying 3-4 times a day is usually sufficient. The cup should be removed by the small handle at the bottom.

Hygiene/Disinfection:
