Usage:
To fit the Me Luna Menstrual Cup, it must first be properly folded in one of the ways shown in the picture to give it the desired/optimal shape. It will be placed in a way that is convenient for the user. Changing/emptying 3-4 times a day is usually sufficient. The cup should be removed by the small handle at the bottom.
Hygiene/Disinfection:
Before the initial use, it is necessary to sterilize the glass with a special sterilizing liquid or simply by treating it with hot/boiling water - the so-called Boil it. When boiling, the cup should be kept in boiling water for at least 3 minutes. When using a cup during the cycle, it is recommended to treat the cup with an intimate gel and wash it with running water or a special liquid every time it is emptied. Soak in water for at least 1 minute. It is necessary to disinfect the cup after each cycle, before storage and before reuse.

There are several types of menstrual cups - depending on the hardness and composition of the material and several sizes - according to the volume and diameter of the cup. See the table.
