Description

Bourgogne Passetoutgrain represents the ideal bridge between Beaujolais and northern Burgundy. The gamaya fruit allows us to drink it without aging, although aging for some time brings out the aromatic character of Pinot Noir and gives the wine a rich burgundy color. It has aromas of cherry, licorice and mocha, a sweet taste with soft notes of spice and licorice.

Brand History

Founded in 1797, Maison Louis Latour has survived the centuries to become the natural guardian of Burgundy's ancient traditions. It is now run by Louis Latour VII, who represents the 11th generation of the founding family. Like his generation before him, Louis Latour worked hard to preserve the company's unique heritage and build an ambitious future. All this was created by the Latour family over the years with patience and determination, and today it includes an outstanding vineyard planted on 50 hectares of land, which is recognized by the people every year for its quality.
