Description

Cru du Beaujolais Chénas is produced from grapes grown in the south, ideally located on a slope covered with pink granite, exposed to the sun's rays, which allows the Gamaya fruit to reach its maximum ripeness. After harvesting, the fruit is fermented in open pots. Chénas reveals delicious aromas of peony and blackberry balanced by sharp acidity.

It is now run by Louis Latour VII, who represents the 11th generation of the founding family.
