The wine is made from biologically pure Kisi grapes harvested in the village of Alaverdi in the Kakheti region. The wine is aged in Kkhuri traditional method in kvevri, for 6 months on chacha-claret with natural maceration, fermentation and filtration and then aged for 5 months without chacha in kvevri. It is a live, unprocessed, unfiltered, natural amber dry wine.

Levani Winery manages an 80-year-old small vineyard planted on 0.25 hectares. The family has been making wine for many generations and still continues the traditions of their grandparents - making wine using the traditional Georgian method. Levani Winery is located in Kakheti, Akhmeta, a region known for its winemaking history. The winery is located in the heart of the Alazni Valley, in an ideal climate for growing organic grapes, with a view of the Caucasus Mountains.
