The inspiration for this perfume was a beautiful trip to Wadi Darbat, in the South of Oman. It is a unique place in the Middle East because all the Monsoons coming from India are finishing their flow here. Instead of being dry and desert-like, as one would expect, this region is lush and very diversified from a botanical point of view: large rivers, big trees and a peculiar treasure belonging to this region, the Sidr Tree. The Sidr Tree has nothing in common with cedarwood trees. It is an ancient tree from the Ziziphusfamily, which produces beautiful red fruits and amazing flowers. Thanks to these flowers, local bees produce the most rich, exclusive, characteristic honey you can ever imagine. It is extremely well known under the name Yemen Sidr Honey.
