Description

The pink jujube is neither too sour nor too sweet. It is made with Rkatsiteli and Saperava smoked in the early harvest. It acquires natural light gas and characteristic sweetness from secondary fermentation. Alcohol is a modest, but deceptive 11.5%. You will recognize red and green berry tones in the pink jujuana. The wine is strong, sweet and cheerful.

Brand History

Zhuzhuna wine has been on the Georgian market since 2018 and is not missing any good time, especially in Tbilisi, but also in other cities. In many bars and festivals, you will find jujuana on tap, and from 2021, 250ml bottles will be sold in stores and online. The wine is made from high-acid and low-sugar grapes of the early harvest in Kvareli, Kakheti. Then the process continues in pressure-resistant cisterns using the Sharmat method, where a moderately light gas is obtained. Surprisingly, it pays for live fruit or other alcohols, so it is often called to participate in various cocktails.
