Johnnie Walker's Red Label is a Scotch blended whiskey made only from barley malt. Scotch is distilled twice and then aged in an oak barrel for 4 years, 40-70% of its flavor and aroma is acquired during its stay in the oak barrel. The drink is light colored, transparent red. It has a refreshing aroma of citrus and fruit. The taste of spices and cinnamon is enhanced by elements of toasted almonds. After drinking the drink, it will leave you with a pleasant sweet-roasted taste. Whiskey should be served with an ice cube at a temperature of 4 degrees to fully enjoy its aroma and taste.

Brand History

In 1820, a farmer's son, Johnny Walker, opened his own grocery store in the Scottish town of Kilmarnock. It was quite a difficult phase of life for John, but he had a special talent for finding his way on his own in a rather difficult and competitive business. Johnnie Walker began mixing malts together and eventually arrived at a formula that made his whiskey taste exceptionally good every time. In 1857 Johnnie Walker died and left his business to his son Alexander.
