"Khikhi Kvevri" is made from the ancient grape variety Khikhi. During the harvest, especially outstanding grapes are fermented in a jug according to the traditions of the ancestors together with chacha-clert. After fermentation, the pitcher filled with wine is fermented for 6-7 months. During this period, the wine improves and acquires the velvety taste and aroma of field flowers and ripe fruits.
