Holland & Barrett Evening Primrose Oil is cold-pressed from wildflower seeds and enriched with vitamins that support normal energy metabolism and reduce fatigue. Evening primrose oil is the richest source of gamma-linolenic and linolenic unsaturated fatty acids (omega-6).
Gamma-linoleic acid participates in the formation of healthy cells and regulates the functioning of the cardiovascular, nervous, immune and reproductive systems. Linoleic acid directly participates in lipid metabolism, promotes fat burning process. In addition, it restores the hormonal balance and ensures weight correction.
