The detector measures nitrates in the following fruits and vegetables in the range of 0-9999 mg/kg: apples, apricots, avocados, bananas, cherries, citrus fruits, coconuts, durians, grapes, guavas, kiwis, jackfruits, any type of berries, mangos, melons, jackfruits, papayas, peaches, pears, carambolas, pineapples, plums, strawberries, watermelons, pitayas (dragon fruit), carambolas.

Lettuce, beets, peppers, pumpkin, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, cauliflower, celery, radish, corn, cucumber, tomato, garlic, ginger, lettuce, zucchini, mushrooms, onions, potatoes, beans. Also in meat and fish.

Measures water hardness in the range of 0-9999 mg/l, and environmental radiation levels in the range of 0 - 9.99 mK/h.

It charges via a USB port, with 310 mA, and operates at temperatures between 0-60 degrees Celsius.
