It has been produced since 1769 according to a traditional recipe that only 12 people know. Its aroma is intense, with rich notes of juniper berries, we will also meet spices - citrus zest, cardamom and coriander. Gin and tonic

Before this cocktail was invented, quinine was mixed with tonic water and drunk, but it had a bitter and unpleasant taste, so in the early 19th century, officers of the Indian Presidential Army added water, sugar and gin to quinine to make the drink more palatable, thus creating the gin and tonic cocktail.
