Glenfiddich 15 Years Old is a 15-year-old single malt whiskey matured in three types of oak casks: bourbon, sherry and new oak. The drink is then transferred to The Glenfiddich Solera Vat, a unique handcrafted cask. The peculiarity of aging in this cask is that the Solera Vat is never empty, the level of the whiskey does not fall below half of the cask. The whiskey has aromas of dried fruits, spices and honey, and a taste of sweet fruits with a hint of bitterness. Whiskey is used to drink in its pure form, as well as as a digestif.

Brand History

Whiskey Glenfiddich was created in 1887 when William Grant and his family built a distillery in Dufftown, Speyside. It was Glenfiddich that introduced the single malt category of Scotch whiskey to the world, becoming the first single malt whiskey to be exported outside of Great Britain. To date, Glenfiddich is the most awarded single malt whiskey in the International Wine & Spirit Competition and the International Spirit Challenge. The brand belongs to William Grant & Sons and its traditions are being continued by the fifth generation of the family. Glenfiddich whiskey is famous all over the world and is sold in more than 180 countries.
