Description

Saferavi Kvevari dry wine, produced from the vineyards of Kindzmarauli microzone, is balanced and harmonious. Characterized by the aroma of ripe red fruits, the wine spent 6 months in the barrel after the initial fermentation. It is excellent accompaniment to meat, cheese, salads.

Brand History

Two brothers established the traditional wine cellar with the help of Enterprise Georgia. Our winery bears the name of our native village, where our vineyards are located. The name of our winery is Gavazi Estate. Our winery is established on the idea of Terruar, which includes making wine using modern technologies and this particular technology is unique, since no one in Georgia uses it. Currently, we produce wine from Georgian aboriginal varieties of vine. Currently we have Kvevari Kisi, Rkatsiteli and Saperavi, which are distinguished by their unique winemaking technologies and unique aroma.
