One of the most important Italian women authors of the 20th century is published in Diogenes for the first time. Natalia Gindzburgi (1916 - 1991) was born in Palermo. He spent his childhood and youth in Turin. Ginzburg started writing early, from his youth he was in the circle of writers and publishers. Before the beginning of the Second World War, he actively participated in the anti-fascist movement. "Family Vocabulary" was written by Natalia Gindzburg in 1963.
