Brand History

The history of Ethnographic Tbilisi Gin begins in 2024 when the first gin bar was opened in Georgia, where more than 200 gins from different countries of the world were presented. The idea and ambition arose that the first Georgian gin bar would have its own Tbilisi gin, the ingredients of which would be obtained only in the central market of Tbilisi from different corners of Georgia. Gin production was established in 2024 in Imereti Municipality, namely in Terjola. Today our distillery is located in Tbilisi. The name of the gin also carries a symbolic meaning. Our capital has always been a gathering place for people of different ethnicities. The history continues even now. Good luck.
