Erdinger dark beer is made from at least 50% dark wheat and roasted malt. The beer is filtered and obtained as a result of top brewing. His recipe was created in 1989 and has been very popular ever since. The main secret of beer is yeast, which gives the drink a sweet taste. After fermentation, the beer is delayed by a double aging method to open up its flavors and make them more visible. Erdinger's dark wheat beer is brown in color with a roasted, dark chocolate flavor that is punctuated by fruity elements.
