Empress 1908 Gin is a collaboration between Victoria Distillers and the legendary Fairmont Empress Hotel. Empress 1908's combination of refined taste, delicate aroma, soft texture and excellent presentation creates the perfect foundation for a new aesthetic of cocktail creation and enjoyment.

Brand History

In 2016, a gin unlike any other was created. For inspiration, they always looked to their surroundings as the perfect place to spark their creativity. Their master distiller researched how each of their teas played with their carefully selected botanicals. Finally, they settled on the unusual combination of Empress Signature Blend Tea and Butterfly Pea Flower, which they found in a blend called Blue Suede Shoes. In 2017, Empress 1908 Indigo Gin was born.
