Two-phase makeup remover lotion effectively removes makeup from eyes and lips, instantly removes waterproof mascara and lipstick. Helps moisturize and soothe tired, dry eyes. The innovative, ophthalmologist-approved formula is infused with hydrating white peony extract and refreshing white tea to soothe and refresh skin. Recommended for all skin types, including sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers, the two-phase texture is also enriched with vitamin B5, which helps to condition and strengthen eyelashes.

Method Of Use

Before use, shake the bottle well to mix both phases completely, then use a cotton pad to apply the product to the eyes and lips to remove make-up.
