A graphite pencil is a constant companion during school years. The pencil is ideal when learning to write, and later on, the various pencils can be used for math, geometry or art lessons. For older students or students, there is a black Winner pencil in both a special shape and a classic triangular shape.

The history of Eberhard Faber is closely related to the history of the Faber-Castell pencil dynasty. Eberhard Faber was born in 1822. He belonged to the fourth generation of pencil makers from Franconia. In the middle of the 19th century, he emigrated to America, where he later founded his own company of pencils. Today, Eberhard Faber is part of Faber-Castell , one of the oldest family businesses in the world.
