Description
Natural amber dry Kvevri wine - the wine is planted in Kvevri, Khashuri region, in the biologically clean vineyards of the village of Fulevi, from Chinese 65%, Gori green 35%. Fermentation took place in kvevri, on natural yeasts, without any artificial interventions, with a delay of 1 month on chacha, from which we obtained a golden amber wine, with a transparent appearance, characterized by pleasant acidity, tannins and a long finish. The tones of peach, yellow fruit and green tea fill it with interesting nuances. It is recommended to eat with fish, poultry, salads and everything. Serve chilled at 14-16 degrees.
Brand History
"Do Re Mi" winery was founded in 2014. Three friends decided to unite and put natural wine in kvevri (before that, for years, they put wine separately, in barrels and bottles). Therefore, at a friend's house, village In Victory, they renovated and expanded the existing old cellar. Today, the winery can receive and process up to 30 tons of grapes, in which they are helped and consulted by their friend Giorgi Barisashvili. The vineyard of Ojalesh grape variety is cultivated in the villages of Zugdidi district: Odish and Akhalsofel.
