La Baume was revived in 1990 when it was bought by Australians Thomas Hardy and Sons, then Constellation. In 2003 the property was completely transformed. The vineyards have been completely eradicated, the total area has increased to 45 hectares, an automatic fertilization system has been introduced, the soils of the vineyards are clayey, sandy and loamy, on a plain or on a slope. They gave rise to a wide range of wines. A Languedoc wine project, La Baume continues the tradition of winemaking innovation and excellence.
