Copper Dog is a Scotch blended whiskey made by blending at least eight single malts. It has aromas of fresh fruit and pepper, followed by berry and citrus notes against a background of sweet woods and creamy vanilla, and the palate is rich and inviting - toffee, caramelized sugar, soft fruit and a gentle woodiness. Subtly blended spices accentuate vanilla and fruity notes leading to a long and creamy finish.

Brand History

Copper Dog was the brainchild of Piers Adam, who bought The Craigellachie Hotel in Speyside, Scotland in October 2013. His first ambition was to create a themed pub in a hotel for locals and travelers alike. Each bottle bears the name of The Craigellachie Hotel and the signature of master blender, Stuart Morrison. The whiskey is created by blending at least eight single malts that are full of flavor and character.
